Equipment and pictures of the holiday apartment
The approx. 65 m² large, modern and bright holiday apartment with upscale furnishings is located on the ground floor of our single-family home and was last renovated in 2022. The apartment has its own entrance and is completely separate from the rest of the property.
The entire apartment has a tiled floor with underfloor heating and is finished with a fine textured plaster.
Free WLAN / WiFi is available in the holiday apartment.
In summer, air conditioning provides the necessary cooling in both bedrooms.
Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment is also suitable for professional trips and long-term stays.
There are usually enough free parking spaces in the surrounding side streets.
Kitchen / Dining area
The modern fitted kitchen has all the important things that make a stay in the holiday apartment pleasant:
- cooking area with ceramic hob, oven and microwave
- refrigerator with freezer compartment
- dishwasher
- fully automatic coffee machine
Also smaller kitchen appliances and utensils are available: kettle, egg cooker and toaster.
The dishes are available for 6 peoplet.
In addition to the small dining area in the kitchen, there is a dining area with an extendable table for 6 people in front of the kitchen.
Bedroom
The apartment has two separate bedrooms and can accommodate a maximum of 6 people.
In the master bedroom you will find a large double bed (180 x 200 cm) in a comfortable height.
The balcony door allows a view of the private terrace and the small garden area.
The second bedroom has two individual box spring beds (each 90 x 200 cm) and offers two additional sleeping options.
The living area is equipped with a double sofa bed (approx. 140 x200 cm), so that a total of 5-6 people can be comfortably accommodated in the accommodation.
Living room / Hallway
The living area is equipped with a sofa bed and two armchairs.
The technical equipment in the living room offers:
- Flat screen television (Smart TV) and satellite reception
- Blu-Ray-Player with a mixed video selection
- a Playstation 2 with individual games and two controllers
- free WLAN /WIFI
There is an additional storage room in the hallway where you can find a broom, vacuum cleaner, drying rack, iron, ironing board and other cleaning utensils if required.
Bathroom
The colorful daylight bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower and a bathtub and makes you feel good in the morningen.
In addition to the underfloor heating, there is also a towel radiator.
A cosmetic mirror, hairdryer and towels are also available.
Garden / Terrace
Right next to the entrance area with a key box (number code), protected from prying eyes by a hedge, there is a small garden and the newly designed, cozy wooden terrace.
Due to the east-south-west location, you have sun all day long. This means you can enjoy your breakfast outside early in the morning and end the evening comfortably with a barbecue.
Garden furniture, a parasol and an electric grill are available for you.
